Fee scale indicated in euros, including tax, TVA according to the legal rate. In accordance with local practice and unless expressly agreed otherwise between the parties (indicated in the mandate), the remuneration will be payable by the buyer.

Rental fees

Residential premises subject to the law of July 6, 1989

In accordance with the established legal scale, Bessines-sur-Gartempe and the surrounding municipalities (perimeter 20 kilometers) being located in an unstrained area, our rental fees are as follows:

Concerning the services of carrying out the inventory, the amount of our fees is:

Storage room (barn, garage, etc.)

In order to carry out an inventory, lease, visit and ensure contact for any premises used for storage, we invoice 1 month's rent including tax to be divided equally between the owner and the tenant.
